Never in my life I have received an A+ service from any place let alone a car dealership. The honesty, to the point conversation, straight-forward approach was extremely refreshing. During my research I talked to several dealership and was extremely disappointed with Plano, Dallas & McKinney. Each one of them treated me as non-serious customer. I almost gave up buying a Toyota until by stroke of luck Tommy responded to my email and the rest is history. I cannot be happier with the quality of service I received at each step. No nonsense and no-pushy approach was an experience in itself. I commend Freeman for establishing such a pleasant experience for customers which is leaps and bounds away from rest of the metroplex Toyota dealership. Thank you for making this happen for me.
