When I pulled into the bay, I was not acknowledged, and I sat in my car for a while, figuring out if I was even in the right spot. Upon stepping up to Andres’s desk, he did not take the time to explain thing sat in my car for a while, figuring out if I was even in the right spot. Upon stepping up to Andres’s desk, he did not take the time to explain things to me and left me confused and told me that my car would tell me whenever it needed service next This is understandable, but it would’ve been nice if he broke things down for me in terms of my cost and what was being done for me instead of just putting a paper into my face. The technicians began to get irritated as well when I was asking them questions about my car as if it wasn’t their job to work on my car. I will never return to Honda on Grand. More

We purchased the car a few months ago and were thrilled to hear that maintenance was covered for 3 years. I took the car in for it's first oil change at almost 10,000 miles. There, they told me that changi to hear that maintenance was covered for 3 years. I took the car in for it's first oil change at almost 10,000 miles. There, they told me that changing the transaxle oil should be done also. Only problem was that would cost around $200. Whats up with that? More
