There was an issue of my engine oil level being low soon after oil change service. Engine light came on soon after I drove off from the dealership. They sent a technician to my home (which is why I am givin after oil change service. Engine light came on soon after I drove off from the dealership. They sent a technician to my home (which is why I am giving 3 stars). Turned out, the engine oil was at very low level. Technician had to pour two bottles of oil. Mind you, this is after an oil change. I’m questioning their quality control. I also left a sweater in one of the chairs in their waiting area and no one has called me back about it. I called and left them messages. I’m questioning their trustworthiness. I’m leasing my car from them and I don’t think I will lease with them ever again. More

I brought my car in to have its annual service and I brought up the issue of the mats in the back of the car not laying flat like they should I forgot it it's not him was going to see what he could do a brought up the issue of the mats in the back of the car not laying flat like they should I forgot it it's not him was going to see what he could do and get back in touch with me but that never happened that's the only reason I'm giving four stars the service as usual it's done properly I'm just disappointing in the mat issue not being resolved More
