vehicle was towed in after service hours and I was contacted within 15 minutes of the service department opening the next day by Rickey. That same day the car was looked at and repairs were quoted, af contacted within 15 minutes of the service department opening the next day by Rickey. That same day the car was looked at and repairs were quoted, after repairs were approved my vehicle was ready 3 days before the expected repair date. Was kept informed the entire time and offered a loaner vehicle. Would recommend service to anyone looking for a VW dealer and would recommend them to see Rickey. More

There was an issue of my engine oil level being low soon after oil change service. Engine light came on soon after I drove off from the dealership. They sent a technician to my home (which is why I am givin after oil change service. Engine light came on soon after I drove off from the dealership. They sent a technician to my home (which is why I am giving 3 stars). Turned out, the engine oil was at very low level. Technician had to pour two bottles of oil. Mind you, this is after an oil change. I’m questioning their quality control. I also left a sweater in one of the chairs in their waiting area and no one has called me back about it. I called and left them messages. I’m questioning their trustworthiness. I’m leasing my car from them and I don’t think I will lease with them ever again. More
