I had a great experience with Parkway Toyota of Boston after an initial disappointment. I had went there to complete a deal on a vehicle that we had previously agreed a price and set up an appointment for after an initial disappointment. I had went there to complete a deal on a vehicle that we had previously agreed a price and set up an appointment for, but on getting there, I was told the vehicle was sold before my arrival but the GM; James Calihan, GSM; Tomas Sanchez ensured I got another similar vehicle within a week and even gave me more discount than the previous one to compensate for the earlier disappointment. The registration process was handled smoothly and they did not try to force any ads on on me. The sales rep, David Demosthene, who took charge of the deal completion was also helpful with his communication. Making customers happy is very essential in keeping a customer, irrespective of whether a deal is completed or not, and they have proved that with my experience. More

I'd give them no stars if I could. On 11/13/2024 I received a call from Parkway asking if I would like a free oil change because I was a loyalty member. I also wanted my brakes looked at and the blower motor is making a whining noise. I received this in response and I decided to go ahead with only the oil change. I even called once again to confirm it was going to be free after seeing the estimate and was told it would be. As i arrive to pick up my vehicle I was met with a charge for an oil change? I was upset and Ron said a manager would reach out to me. I went home discussing options about my valve stem. I called and scheduled for this AM for a valve stem. When I got there I was told I would also need a sensor at a very extensive cost and they wondered if I knew of anyone ordered the part I would need???? First off, I'm confused as to why this wasn't mentioned previously and why I wouldn't be quoted for it but also why would I have any knowledge on your product ordering? If you knew braking the cap meant breaking the valve stem AND the sensor, it should have been quoted. I am upset. If this is how you treat customers, they have a right to know you absolutely do not care about their property and/or their peace of mind when you do have their property in your hands. The lack of communication in this establishment is beyond appalling. Bad service, bad communication. 0/10 More

I want to warn you about the fraud of this dealer. Literally scammers!! I bought a car from them 5 years ago, tried to buy again, thought they had changed, but no. They are still the same scammers!!! I went there, chose a 2025 Toyota Camry SE, agreed to do a trade in. They told me to fill out papers, checked my credit score, agreed and signed the papers. They said that the car would arrive within a month. Today I went there, they brought new papers with different numbers. I ask what this is, we agreed on the price, they say no, we need to check it again. They checked and gave new numbers for $ 200-300 more. I repeat that we already agreed. And they say no, I must pay a down payment and the payment is $ 1004 every month. Their manager Tomas Sanches, with whom I tried to talk, started shouting and saying, “This is not my father's bank! " Behaved very rudely, ill-mannered, disrespectfully. Thought that I would just close my eyes and say ok, give me a car. Sales person David Mendez tried to sell me carpets 2 times. I explain that it is impossible, I have already paid once. Pretends not to understand. A bunch of scammers who deceive customers every day. Gave permission for you to check my credit score 1 time. I even asked David, if you do the check 1 time, then let's make a deal, to which he answered yes, we check 1 time. 9 checks, 9 inquries!!! I will prepare documents for the complaint, send them to the Dedham police, the Toyota headquarters, the Office of the Attorney General and any places where complaints can be filed. Let them punish these scammers David and their ill-mannered manager Tomas Sanhes. They wasted my time and my nerves!! Scammers!!! More

I typically don’t write product review, but would like to share my purchase experience this time. Overall, it is very satisfying to buy a new Toyota Sienna from Parkway. Particularly, my sale agent, Charles share my purchase experience this time. Overall, it is very satisfying to buy a new Toyota Sienna from Parkway. Particularly, my sale agent, Charles W. did a great job to take care my purchase. I have been waiting for more than 1.5 years for getting a Sienna from another dealer, but they seems can’t get enough allocations, so I contact Parkway and got an allocation within a couple of months. During this process, Charles is very helpful and professional. Under current seller market situation, it becomes rare that a salesperson would spend time introducing car and its features…Charles did a great job for that in our initial conversation. And, he kept me updated until my Sienna is allocated. Then, he helped me to customize the port installed accessories timely without putting pressure on customers to buy more. I asked his recommendations and he explained if it is worth to have. After my Sienna arrived, we closed the deal as it was agreed. No additional fees and surprising charges from the sale side, which makes my purchase experience very pleasant. He got my car registered and was kind to plan to deliver it to my house. Through I picked it up, I do want to thank his offer and kindness. After I got my car in hand, I had a few questions and texted him, he was always responsive and willing to help. Particularly, somehow my home link cannot be connected with my garage door, and he offered to stop by to help. Overall, Charles is very good and I have already recommended him to my friends. Additionally, I also want to thank the client manager Sue and sale manager Thomas for their initial help to set the deal, which let me get a new Sienna 2024 at MSRP. Again, I highly recommend Parkway Toyota and sale agent Charles W. for any potential buyers. More
