"Trading 2014 Rogue for a 2016 Rogue" In 2014 I purchased a "New Nissan Rogue" from Gates. The car, although acceptable and a great car, had a series of problems (not Gates fault). All p In 2014 I purchased a "New Nissan Rogue" from Gates. The car, although acceptable and a great car, had a series of problems (not Gates fault). All problems were addressed by Gates Service (Jeanna and Tim) in a timely and efficient manner. Therefore, through Gates initiation, I met and got to know Mark Koblanski and trade in my 2014 Rogue for a 2016 Rogue. Mark was personable, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and understanding. Mark's knowledge of the product and his presentation was terrific and I'm sure I will call on him again in the future. I'd also like to thank Chris Messier for being so outgoing and helpful when handling my financial processing. Overall, a great experience!! More

Great Experience We are repeat customers of Gates Nissan. We were seriously looking at the Mazda CX5. My loyalty to Nissan and especially to the Gates dealership tip We are repeat customers of Gates Nissan. We were seriously looking at the Mazda CX5. My loyalty to Nissan and especially to the Gates dealership tipped my hand to the Rogue. Buying a new vehicle is never a pleasant experience, but our experience with Tom & Jay was fabulous! I would recommend - hands down - Gates, Tom & Jay to anyone. Oh - and Chris M was great too! Almost forgot Nate - he showed us around the inside of our new car while Jay was finishing up with a different customer. Everyone we worked with knew the vehicle inside & out; great experience & very knowledgable, professional employees! More

Customer Service was off the charts awesome!!!! All I have to say is Gates did an impeccable job when they sold me my car this past weekend. I normally do business with Napoli Nissan in Milford CT, but I was trying to prevent from having to drive 150 miles to and from just to buy a car. Tara & Chris were great but Tom Gates is an angry little man .I came in just kicking the tires and Tara was easily able to find a truck that I liked without any pressure at all. I had a 2002 Chevy Silverado with .I came in just kicking the tires and Tara was easily able to find a truck that I liked without any pressure at all. I had a 2002 Chevy Silverado with fewer than 140k and a 2009 Yaris with about the same. We did the normal dance with the price of trade in's but nothing dramatic and I left the Yaris and went home with my 2013 Silverado. The next day I brought in by 2002 Chevy as the 2nd trade in. When I found that Tara was off Tom Gates asked me what I needed. I told him that until I got in the truck I had forgotten that I had just had an electric tow brake installed into my truck and would appreciate if they pulled it out and put it into my new purchase. Immediately he came back with an attitude and answered "well that will cost you $200." I said "That's crazy. I would have asked for it in writing if I had realized it". His response was "Don't raise your voice to me. I already gave you too much for your trade in's and if you want the brake removed and installed then you will pay for it". When I asked him if he was willing to lose the entire sale for $200. He said "Yup. No problem". The ONLY reason that I didn't walk away from the entire deal was because Tara & Chris were awesome and that I liked the truck. Craig should cringe at the thought of this angry, anti-customer sales manager as the future of the empire. My dealings with him make me not even want to come back for service! More
