My experience with Ken Ganley Ford in Parma was overall positive. The team is very knowledgeable of their products and were responsive to my calls and emails during the leasing process. The dealership was clean and the staff were friendly. We did hit a hiccup due to a recall, which caused some delays. However, I was impressed by how they handled the situation when I reached out and they were able to turn things around. In the end, I left satisfied with the outcome and would recommend this dealer. While there were bumps along the way, their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue made a big difference. More

Had my car in for service on Monday. I was told it was fixed. Drove it for about 5 minutes and the same problem happened. I was disappointed because again I was inconvenienced and had to I was told it was fixed. Drove it for about 5 minutes and the same problem happened.
