All the staff at Ken Ganley Ford Parma were incredible to work with. My salesperson Pam Koglman was exception. John Ruper was also wonderful to work with. My experience with Ken Ganley Ford in Parma was overall positive. The team is very knowledgeable of their products and were responsive to my calls and emails during the leasing process. The dealership was positive. The team is very knowledgeable of their products and were responsive to my calls and emails during the leasing process. The dealership was clean and the staff were friendly. We did hit a hiccup due to a recall, which caused some delays. However, I was impressed by how they handled the situation when I reached out and they were able to turn things around. In the end, I left satisfied with the outcome and would recommend this dealer. While there were bumps along the way, their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue made a big difference. More
