Absolutely the best sales, and service on the Mississippi gulf coast! Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and goes over the top with outstanding customer service! I was a bit skeptical about buying a car from out of state ( I live in CO).However after talking to SM Thomas, I felt much easy.The process was simple and fast. I received my truck as promised. There wa state ( I live in CO).However after talking to SM Thomas, I felt much easy.The process was simple and fast. I received my truck as promised. There was a small issue with the rear parking sensor which I told Thomas, who took my issue serious and is taking care of it. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would buy a vehicle from them again. Five Stars in my opinion. More

Truly great truck buying experience You know how some people seem nice when they’re selling you something but it just doesn’t feel genuine? I felt like everyone I met at Walt Massey, and You know how some people seem nice when they’re selling you something but it just doesn’t feel genuine? I felt like everyone I met at Walt Massey, and I think I literally met everyone working that night, was genuinely happy to meet me and they were willing to take the time to answer any questions I had from sales to service to finance. I never felt rushed and at the end of day I felt like I got a good deal. I’d gladly buy another truck from them in the future. Thanks to Dominick for helping me find the right truck at the right price! More
