Awful. The worst experience I've ever had at any dealership. I brought my car in on a Saturday with a leaky tire that was low every week and a half to two w The worst experience I've ever had at any dealership. I brought my car in on a Saturday with a leaky tire that was low every week and a half to two weeks but after they allegedly fixed the leak and charged me $50, the tire was half deflated within 24 hours. Fast forward to Monday morning and I'm the first customer in line. I was greeted by Paul Skinner who told me they'd look at the tire again. An hour and a half went by before Paul came into the waiting room and told me the leak that Greg Blatt made worse would cost another $140. He waived the labor but I don't think that I, or any customer, should have to pay for a mistake that YOUR MECHANIC made. Another hour and a half passed before my car was finally ready. Paul directed me to the cashier and I politely asked him if there was anything more he could do for me regarding the bill. I made it clear that your mechanic made my problem worse and that the charge was frivolous but of course, he didn't budge. Instead, he told me he'd spoken with the Service Manager who allegedly told him that all they could do for me was waive the labor costs. Considering I'd missed a half-day of work at that point, I paid this obscene bill and directly contacted the Service Manager who provided me with a refund. While I appreciate the refund, I don't appreciate being hustled. I also don't appreciate being lied to or my time being wasted. You've made it abundantly clear that your employees are untrustworthy. With half a day's pay out the window, I will absolutely not be back. Do NOT bring your car here for service. More
