The service department is trash! Don’t trust them with your car. . The staff are extremely unprofessional and they will hold your and do nothing. Never ever again. After 10 days of my car sitting there, I elevated it to the management and they were the same. It’s the culture there. . I took my car to Tinley Park and the circus ended. Save yourself the frustration and don’t give them your keys. Every time I called, they couldn’t find the car and had never even looked at the vehicle. After nearly 2 weeks, I took it straight to another dealer and they are doing the repairs. The staff are dysfunctional and they could care less about a customer’s time or service needs. Every time I called it was a different excuse. ! My experience was horrible. The customer service is absolute trash. It’s a NO for me. More

I went to South Oak Dodge in Matteson for an oil leak that my Jeep was having. What convinced me to take it there, was the conversation I had with the service tech. He was very professional and no hesit that my Jeep was having. What convinced me to take it there, was the conversation I had with the service tech. He was very professional and no hesitation in his answers. So I gave them a chance to prove themselves on their quality and knowledge based on our previous conversation. I was told, I had to leave my Jeep overnight.. I was horrified at the idea.. because I had just had a very bad experience at 2 Ford Dealers, who did nothing to it .. but returned my Jeep damaged. After talking to Thomas Vick, he convinced me to leave my Jeep overnight for repair.I take pride in my Jeep. I recommend SOUTH OAK ADODGE FOR VEHICLE REPAIRS!! My Jeep was returned to me without a scratch or damages.. Not even a greasy fingerprint!! I LOVE MY JEEP!! Customer service was totally awesome and friendly.!! THANK YOU,!!!! SOUTH OAK DODGE!!!!! It's been a pleasure doing business with John Lipe my salesman since 2019 I'm very satisfied with the service from sales to insurance department (Leo) and service department (Amy) We purchased 3 promas salesman since 2019 I'm very satisfied with the service from sales to insurance department (Leo) and service department (Amy) We purchased 3 promaster 3500 cargo vans in 2019 and also (1) 1500 Ram Pickup truck. This year (2023) we just purchased (1) 2500 promaster van at the beginning of the year and also order a custom build promaster van that was just picked up last week. I will continue giving my business to South Oak dodge and John, Thank you so much John!!!! More

Took my sons 2017 Grand Cherokee in to have it checked because both low beam headlights were out. When I went back to check on the truck I was told that the light sockets were corroded and that I would h because both low beam headlights were out. When I went back to check on the truck I was told that the light sockets were corroded and that I would have to buy 2 new headlights totalling $2,400. I knew that this was xx!. I paid 175.00 for the diagnostic and left. Took it to another shop the next day had it repaired for $50.00! The only thing wrong was the bulbs were blown! This is the second and last time of going there for service!! More
