A Friday, two sets of keys lost! Called Mike who said he had 2019 keys but have truck towed so keys could be keyed! By Saturday we drove our truck off the lot! The service department is top notch. They are the first department I dealt with at Butlers. They get you in for your service quickly, usually next day, and a few times same day. There pr They are the first department I dealt with at Butlers. They get you in for your service quickly, usually next day, and a few times same day. There professional service got me to visit the sales department when it was time to trade my truck in and they did not disappoint. Any issues I have had have been dealt with quickly and effectively by the service dept, and they provided me with a nice, brand new, loaner while working on my vehicle. The Service Manager spoke to me about my vehicle, as well as the mechanic, and they seem as concerned about my issue as I am. Love the whole place, but the Service Department earned and will keep my business as well as my families, and our purchases at Butler CDJ. More
