Tom started selling cars and been with Koons Ford since Feb. 2010 and then he got promoted to Sales Manager in January, 2012. Before Koons Ford, he worked for Gold?s Gym for five years, where he took advantage of a Crossfit Lvl 1. Personal Training Certification. He has been driving or riding shotgun in a Ford since the day he was born! He learned to drive in a 5spd ?96 Mustang GT. So the first vehicle that he ever bought was a brand new ?07 5spd Mustang GT. Recently, he become a member of the Ford Fusion family! He has found that the transparency and making sure everyone is on the same page throughout the purchase process is the best way to make sure everything goes perfectly! When his customers leave the dealership in their new vehicle, he want them to be 100% satisfied! His goal is that all of his customers know they have someone in the business who will treat them right, someone they can come to and trust next time they're in the market, and that if they have any questions down the

Unless it a quick lube job don't take your car to be serviced here. They kept my car for a week saying they didn't know why it was shaking and everyday they needed more time. Well the truck hadn't mov serviced here. They kept my car for a week saying they didn't know why it was shaking and everyday they needed more time. Well the truck hadn't moved in 4 days when I get a phone call from the sales department asking if I wanted to sell it. I explored the option and they gave me low quote based it needing repair. I told them I'd think about it but really just wanted to know what was wrong and get it fixed. The sales department calls back and says it has a bad transmission, so I call service and guess what, they said the trans was good but need MORE time to figure it out. Id had enough of whatever games they have going on here. Not sure what the deal was with them but someone was being deceitful in there practices. More

My experience with Koons Ford of Baltimore was extremely disappointing. Despite reaching out multiple times through various channels, including management, my attempts to purchase an F-150 were met with unr disappointing. Despite reaching out multiple times through various channels, including management, my attempts to purchase an F-150 were met with unresponsiveness. Joshua Townes and Tom Snyder provided subpar customer service, making it the worst automotive sales encounter I've ever had. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Koons Ford of Baltimore, especially if you're buying from out of state. More

Questionable Financing Practices I am interested in a new vehicle on their lot. Their offer included $10k for my trade in, KBB and NADA values it at $12k. This is a reasonable off I am interested in a new vehicle on their lot. Their offer included $10k for my trade in, KBB and NADA values it at $12k. This is a reasonable offer considering they only had pictures to go by at this point. Since I'm not a resident of Maryland, they claimed the sales tax, title and registration fees must be collected by Koons, for the state where I reside. Title and Registration fees are $106 in my state, Koons was wanting to "collect" over $300. Sales Tax is to be calculated after the trade in value is applied which would be $2054.57, and not before the trade in value is applied, $2754.57. More

Best car buying experience yet I bought a new Mustang on Tuesday; not my first car at this Dealership [6th]. I went home Monday night thinking that the deal wasn't going to work for I bought a new Mustang on Tuesday; not my first car at this Dealership [6th]. I went home Monday night thinking that the deal wasn't going to work for me at this time; but Steve, Tim, and Derek didn't give up trying for me. Not only did they get the payment where I wanted, but a special thanks to Tom Snyder for going the extra mile to get it lower than expected. I felt like it was a challenge for him to get the best payment possible. Also a special thanks to Khalid Hassouneh for filling in for Steve on his day off. Excellent customer service all around. More
