Brian was friendly, and knowledgeable, and addressed all my questions and concerns. Regarding Car Vision Nissan as a whole, they did an excellent job, but did not provide me with a form at the end of our tr my questions and concerns. Regarding Car Vision Nissan as a whole, they did an excellent job, but did not provide me with a form at the end of our transaction that indicated what the length of my vehicle loan was nor what was the interest rate of the loan. When I called a couple of days later to get a copy of that information, they told me I'd have to contact the lender to get that documentation. Not impressive customer service and not an acceptable reply to my request for assistance. More
