Before I ever went to Demontrond Buick a service advisor at Beck & Masten named Chris sent me to Demontrond and told me to ask for a woman named B.K.Wishim who goes by the initials B.K. IDENTITY THEFT My first visit to DeMontrond Buick I met with B.K. Wishim. She was an older white female who seemed to be very caring and concerned about my "shift to park error" and I showed her the government website where the "issue" was addressed telling the dealership how to identify and fix the problem https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10248715-0001.pdf She said she wanted to show the tech this information and I offered to give her the website info and she took my unlocked phone and ran behind closed doors for 20 mins. I had to erase my entire phone that evening. I called the GM Tom Skinner the next day and set up a meeting with him and his assistant manager and in the meeting one of his goon employees was trying to record me. I asked Tom Skinner if he has approved of the behavior of Mrs. B.K. Wishim and he said no but tried to tell me how nice she was. I said how many other people did she do this to???? IN WARRANTY REPAIR BOTCHED My first repair at DeMontrond Buick 17925 North Freeway on August 12, 2024 was to have them inspect the "battery" and the error code "shift to park." My service person Adam informed me the battery was bad so they replaced it but they did not have the "transmission shifter control" in stock. So some weeks went by and finally I came in on September 11, 2024 and had the shifter replaced by an uncertified, untrained tech named Kelvin Alvarez (pictured) who told me he had done the procedure over twenty times and assured me he would not damage my car. Well he lied! 1. He kicked up my driverside door. 2. He scrapped up my driverside kick panel. 3. He gouged/ scraped my shifter console panel and 4.He ruined my shifter handle and it now come apart in my hands when I drive??? So I texted the GM Tom Skinner (pictured) about 10 mins after I picked up my car and sent him photos of the damages and he said to bring the car in. CONFRONTING UNCERTIFIED TECH KELVIN ALVAREZ I brought the car in about 5 days later September 16, 2024 to Demontrond Buick 17925 N. Fwy to GM Tom Skinner, Service MGR Michael Campbell and the tech who destroyed my car Kelvin Alvarez and I showed them the damages to my car and how easy it was for the shift handle to slide off into your hands. GM Tom Skinner said he would fix (2) of the three items but not all and when I confronted his service tech Kelvin Alverez and told him he lied about his expertise GM Tom Skinner started threatening to call the police on me and told me to shut up and was screaming in my face so I demanded my paperwork from him and left. They want me to believe my brand new car was in this condition when I bought it. IT WAS NOT AND I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE OTHERWISE. I also have two business professionals who can detest to the fact my car was new and not abused when they were caring for it. Due to the extreme negligence and incompetence of this dealership and their consistent one star reviews I cannot recommend this place to the general public. My husband and I came in to look at a GMC Sierra 1500, and we were blown away by the ease of the car buying process. Marc, our salesman, was absolutely wonderful. He answered all of our questions, did not and we were blown away by the ease of the car buying process. Marc, our salesman, was absolutely wonderful. He answered all of our questions, did not pressure us into anything we weren’t interested in, and made sure we had exactly what we were looking for. Tom, the manager, was so easy to talk to, kind, and figured out a deal that would work for all of us! I’ve never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. Christian, who helped us with the financials, went above and buying to provide excellent service. This team has made my husband and I VERY happy and we hope to be customers for life! More

Had to be the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. There is no way in xxxx I would ever use this service or dealership again. I would rather drive 20 miles to the closest GMC dealership rather than us There is no way in xxxx I would ever use this service or dealership again. I would rather drive 20 miles to the closest GMC dealership rather than use these guys. I had an appointment to meet with somebody to purchase a 2024 Hummer EV. As I entered into the dealership, I stand for 7 1/2 minutes in the front entrance while everybody’s staring and looking at me and not one person says hello. They were two other customers that were sitting down that were waiting to be serviced, and they were just shaking their heads because they couldn’t believe that I was literally standing in front of the dealership and nobody would help me. This isn’t about race or anything like that but yes I did have sweatsuits on and didn’t look like I had money but to be treated like I was someone off the street I should’ve known then not to buy from this dealership. The head manager is a slick, talking guy that will try to make things sound like they’re good but they’re just trying to make a deal and get over on you. They wanted me to send in information that wasn’t true so they can finalize the loan. Now I cant get hold of anyone after reaching out to 4 different staff members. Long story short do not use this dealership. If you want to feel like you’re beneath everybody else and they just will take your money go to DeMontrond More
