They Said that my warranty did not cover the ac leak on passenger side, and they charge me for the diagnostic $ 300.00 (ac from sunroof hose clogged) and they was trying to charge me $ 1300.00 to fix it a passenger side, and they charge me for the diagnostic $ 300.00 (ac from sunroof hose clogged) and they was trying to charge me $ 1300.00 to fix it and said that need to leave the car all day, they had to remove all front seats and the matt from the car, I took it to a local mechanic and they charge me $ 100 dollars and only used air compressor and a simple wire 30 minutes it was fixed, these people are thieves will never go back to Fordham Toyota... this car i just got it 6 months ago pay $ 59.000 and they sale you a problem and don't want to be responsible for that what a thieves!! More

I went back for service again ,another awesome and pleasant visit to my favorite car doctor. the moment you drive in you are treated like family from the porters Alex , JV to the service advisors Devi pleasant visit to my favorite car doctor. the moment you drive in you are treated like family from the porters Alex , JV to the service advisors Devin , Hector parts Managers Delio and Tony service manager Tom and I can’t forget the awesome mechanics thank you all Luisito and the whole crew at the service department you guys are amazing human being working on cars and giving such a great customer service I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get treated like family at a business I can’t say enough of how thankful I am with all the work done in my vehicle all I will do is keep recommending this amazing and friendly service department to all my family and friends.
