He had full support from Gregory throughout making sure everything we had the right numbers for each option. Tom was a complete delight. Not only was he knowledgeable and had everything ready for us, he was very pleasant to work with and had everything signed and ready in less than 10 minutes. The whole process took an astonishing 90 minutes and would have been less had we not asked them to run different options over and over. We found a car online and reached out via text. Justin was upfront and honest about the car. After a little back and forth we came to test drive the car we wanted. After the test drive we knew we wanted the car. He had most of the paperwork already ready for us. We were in and out in 2 hours with an awesome deal and an amazing VW Tiguan!
