Tom and Dan were excellent to work with. They were extremely efficient which I appreciated. Being from another state, I had to fly into Portland and drive my new truck back to the Midwest. With only t extremely efficient which I appreciated. Being from another state, I had to fly into Portland and drive my new truck back to the Midwest. With only two days to get back home it was important to me to get paperwork completed ASAP and hit the road. I was impressed it only took 45 minutes to complete the process between my arrival at the dealership to the time I was driving out of the parking lot. Excellent Experience My spouse and I went in because our vehicle at the time broke down and we knew we had to purchase a new car. We are self-employed and our credit was f My spouse and I went in because our vehicle at the time broke down and we knew we had to purchase a new car. We are self-employed and our credit was fair but we were nervous about a potential hit to our credit without an approval. We originally inquired online the day before about a specific vehicle but were sent information on a different vehicle. We ended up liking that vehicle more than the one we originally inquired about and went in the next day to look at it. We asked for Tom Rayner, who emailed us, but he wasn't available. Ron was available and immediately helped us. Ron was great and listened to all of our concerns. Although we feared being denied for the loan because of our self-employment and past credit issues, we decided to go for it. We were told we would be contacted as soon as they got an answer. After a few hours Ron called to let us know they were still trying. About 8 hours or so I finally get a call from Ron letting us know we were approved. We truly believe that everyone there did their absolute best in helping us get into our wagon!Ron was patient and spent time showing us all the features in our new car and helped us setup the online portal Ford Pass to make our payments easily. I always try and do my research ahead of time as new car buying can be complicated and confusing. I used the internet and Tom responded quickly. I had a price range in mind for this vehicle and Tom nailed it, giving me a price right up front that I found to be fair to both he and us. We had the added complication of having to move out of state very soon and Tom was able to suggest we just have Landmark do the paperwork for us to register in in our new location. We had a short time window to make all this happen. Tom had the vehicle my wife wanted ready for us to pick up in just a matter of days. I'd recommend Tom and Landmark to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. By the way, I've used the service department for my Fusion and they're excellent as well. More

There was zero doubt in my mind that Landmark Ford Lincoln was the superior choice. Tom Rayner was my sales person at Landmark Ford Lincoln. Tom was very responsive to my questions, extremely friendly and knowledgeable with the entire Ford and Lincoln vehicle line. I was looking for a Fusion Sport prior to its introduction. Tom gave me as much information as possible and promised to contact me as soon as the vehicle was available for a test drive. True to his word, Tom contacted me the day the first Fusion Sport arrived at the dealership. Tom accommodated my schedule for a test drive. I was so impressed with Tom and the Fusion Sport that I ordered one to be built. Tom kept me appraised of the its progress while being built and shipped. When the vehicle arrived he again accommodated my schedule and setup everything so that it would be a quick and enjoyable experience purchasing my new Fusion Sport. Dan Sorden the business manager continued providing an enjoyable experience at Landmark Ford Lincoln while handling the purchase paperwork. He breezed through the necessary paperwork making sure, I understood everything without belaboring the process. Signing the necessary paperwork is usually a boring chore but Dan made it as enjoyable as possible and that is no easy task.
