There were numerous employees in the service area which was very customer friendly. There was a nice sitting area for customers waiting for service with restrooms. But my experience even far exceeded the stellar reviews I'd seen. It's just not like any other dealership I've ever seen or heard about. Sebastian was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. It really is a zero pressure buying experience, starting from asking about options and going all the way up to the financing--where Tom was equally lovely to work with. And the delivery specialist (I believe Alex?) really explained the features well and took the time to answer my questions. It's pretty incredible, actually, how cordial and friendly everyone is while never losing any efficiency once you get down to business. The prices were also fair, both for the car I bought and also the car I traded in. I'm someone who loved my old car and would have happily waited another year or more if any part of the experience or prices or the cars I was looking at felt lacking--but everything was smooth, from start to finish. I can see why they have repeat customers spanning decades. I love my new car and plan to keep it until it gives out, hopefully not for a long time, but if and when it does, I'll be back too. More

When my Outback was totaled, I did not hesitate to get another one from Liberty Subaru and Dan Rovelli. Dan is not your typical pushy car salesman.
