I am so impressed!!!! My 2018 Subaru Outback has had a mysterious battery problem that another dealer could not diagnose. After a couple of days, the battery would die. Mike Tillis, our sales representative was terrific to work with! He made the process very easy for my folks and I. Car shopping can be overwhelming especially once you get up there in years. We were treated fairly and at a pace that we were comfortable with. We were introduced to the service staff, and they offer a scheduled appointment to come back and review all the new technology features on the car, which is a fantastic service. Mike also took the time to download the Subaru App on my mother’s phone so she can use her cell phone to start the car.... a great feature! Pine Belt was competitive on pricing and also came in at a lower financing rate than other dealers. Overall our experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend this dealership and our Salesman Mike. More
