Worse Customer Service, EVER. I was told Friday My car would be done Saturday, they wanted to change the oil and give me some new tires. Saturday, i was told my car would be done Monday, and they would throw in new tires for the inconvenience. Trying to reward me with something already promised. Monday i was told my car hadn't been fixed yet, i wasn;t even aware there was an issue that needed fixed. Tuesday my car was ready. Never got a walk through or an offer to show me how the car works. But I was told, NO SPECIAL FAVORS, but you can have free car washes, we do that for all our customers. The first thing i did when i left the lot was take off ALL MARKLEY HONDA license plate frames and stickers off and tossed them. Quote from his text" i dont' have to be mean, i didnt promise you nothing " and " i wont do you any favors ". THe Topper The interior of the car was DIRTY and smelled like an old sock when i received it from the dealer. My text from my car SALES person " THEY must have missed it ". You think that the guy would have checked the car.... 1000 % crummy service. Insensitive, inconsiderate and RUDE. More

Great selling you a GMC vehicle, but it turned into a lemon within the first 2 months. Then the dealership managers stopped any support. One comment "well we did not make the pickup". Process took 6 plus lemon within the first 2 months. Then the dealership managers stopped any support. One comment "well we did not make the pickup". Process took 6 plus months to resolve with no help from the Markley dealership. Asked for refund on after market part for 4 months, for a part that was ordered and never received. Asked for help on who contact for stating the buy back process, and it was a drag your feet, not the dealership problem. Asked for loaner car during the repair process (when we thought it could be repaired) and Markley said there is a waiting list, or we could went a car (would not be fully reimbursed from GMC if we did). waited and waited for communication from Markley....and they would not help, several areas of the managers contributed to this low rating. a "0" for after sales support. If you get a lemon from here and do the buy back process, make sure to take any after MFG parts off of the vehicle. Also make sure to cancel any extended warranty purchased and get a refund. Lost $2K+ on a GMC truck only driven 2200 miles and would have lost an additional $5K if we listened to the Markley managers (or lack of information). Not a good experience. More

Michael and the team treated me like family. They were very knowledgeable of their vehicles and didn't use any high pressure sales tactics. I felt like I was dealing with an honest and trustwort They were very knowledgeable of their vehicles and didn't use any high pressure sales tactics. I felt like I was dealing with an honest and trustworthy professional who cares and wanted his customer to have a great experience. I was in and out in much less time than expected. A coworker referred me to Markley Motors and I can see why he spoke so highly of the dealership and their team. I highly recommend this local and family owned shop. More
