They resolved the issue, but I was unable to get an update or reach anyone by phone until I walked to the dealership, where I was told it was completed. I know this because there was a bunch of caulk on the back left tire before I took it to the service center, and it is still on the same tire, in the same spot. I hope they take this review to heart and start focusing on the details. More

I went in for an oil change and after waiting for hour and half the guy finally lets me know my car is ready. As he’s reviewing everything he tells me my valve cover has a significant leak but didn’t let and half the guy finally lets me know my car is ready. As he’s reviewing everything he tells me my valve cover has a significant leak but didn’t let me know during my appointment. They then proceeded to put “customer declined recommended repairs” I wasn’t notified that day that a significant repair was needed. They based the response off of a previous time I was there when I was told it didn’t need repair now but shortly. The only reason I declined it last time was due to me having to go to work so I didn’t have time to wait on the fix. I had ample time when I visited this time but after the guy telling me they automatically assumed I didn’t want the repair based off my last time there really put a bad taste in my mouth for this dealership.
