Purchased a Jeep Cherokee Tom Kennedy was extremely helpful in accommodating my wife and I in selecting the vehicle. I didn't know car buying could be a good experience! My husband and I had visited another dealer with a not so good experience, and happened upon Napleton on the way home thinking it wouldn't be much bet My husband and I had visited another dealer with a not so good experience, and happened upon Napleton on the way home thinking it wouldn't be much better. We were so surprised with the great service and left after their normal hours with a great vehicle at a great price. Yes, they stayed late and obviously got paid for it, but they were through it all too. Tom was our salesman and we were so impressed with the pleasant, comfortable, no pressure interaction with him, but it didn't stop there. Everyone was smiling, joking, friendly, and so easy to deal with. They were real people making a living by treating us like real people who needed a car without feeling hassled or ripped off. We didn't leave feeling like we should have gotten a better deal, and I don't know why we haven't heard of this dealership before. We'll definitely recommend them to family and friends, and will look here first for any future car needs. Napleton sets the bar high for a car buying experience! More
