Shockingly amazing service! We arrived at the dealer expecting the usual haggling, negotiating and hard-balling. First thing Tom said was, "We don't do commission sales anymore. We arrived at the dealer expecting the usual haggling, negotiating and hard-balling. First thing Tom said was, "We don't do commission sales anymore. We price competitively and run the business based on volume sales." He wasn't lying either. I did my research on the vehicle we were interested in and it was priced below market (hence why we scheduled a test drive). After reviewing the vehicle and our trade in we decided to accept the deal. Unfortunately we were there 2 hours past closing, but every employee involved in the deal was still there! After we signed the papers Tom helped us out to the cars to move our stuff. In the rain! I was blown away by the quality of service from everyone that helped us. This is the quality of service every auto dealer should aim for. I will be returning in a few years to upgrade my vehicle based on this experience. More

From the get go, Andy was positive he could figure something out for me & was very candid about the process we were gonna take to get me into a new vehicle. He always took the extra time to make sure we understood what was happening & was always frontal with his answers to our questions- it was great! Wasn't pushy but gave honest advice as to what the dealers perspective was (to any of our questions). After being told by multiple dealers that I was stuck with my current car- Andy kept his word & made it possible for me to get into a brand new 2015 model that same day. He was great at every step during our visit! Jeff Belzers has a great employee :) More

TOM GORMAN IS A GREAT SALES MAN ONLY REASON I BROUGHT MY TRU Well when I first walked in no welcomed me, AND the receptionist out front were chatting and seemed disinterested in our business along with most of t Well when I first walked in no welcomed me, AND the receptionist out front were chatting and seemed disinterested in our business along with most of the sales people we orginally had a contact named Terry but turned out the truck he showed us had been sold later also to find out he quit was very upsetting thank goodness we Had a patient and very professional salesman named Tom gorman, great guy, very intelligent, however had it not been for him working a great deal on our truck I would of brought from Chevrolet shakopee simply because they had more proffesional receptionist who were more customer friendly and treated us like customers, something which was the complete opposite from the receptionist there at jeff belzeRs dealership lacked severly call any other dealership even another chevy dealership I gurantee you will see a diffrence in customer service , and in proffenlisam and again had it not been for sales man I would of not brought a truck from this dealership, so for future advice I recommend either talking with the receptionist and staff on customer service or hiring a new receptionist is because that's how awful the service was with the receptionist again only reason I brought was because of tom Gorman . More
