One thing the team could improve on when looking at peoples budgets, is don't forget to estimate in taxes when working to a monthly budget. That is something that surprised us at the end, because we don't do this everyday. We were using the sticker price to guide us, not final price. This wasn't a deal breaker, just something that would help mitigate surprises at the very end of the purchase. Diego was open and honest with us throughout the process. We would highly recommend Jeff Belzer's to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly staff. More

Tom Gorman was the salesman that reached out to me and I really enjoyed working with him. I would work with Tom again he struck me as a very knowledgable and trustworthy person. In finance I worked with Josh Heimkes. Josh was also great to work with he explained everthing well and helped make sense of all the numbers and warrenties ect. Overall my experience at Belzer's was great! It was a very comfortable place to buy a car. They seem to have a good company culture there. Everyone that I came in contact with there was friendly and helpful and professional. I will be happy to work with them again next time I need a vehicle. More
