Purchasing was made easy, additionally the dealership recommended a great shipping company as I do not reside in NY. Title, registration and tags have been a nightmare. I was promised no more than 30 days and I am waiting almost 40 days later with an expired in transit permit, and the assurance of employees that I cannot receive another forcing me to choose between driving illegally to work, finding a ride or taking an uber. Since bringing this up, there has been no communication from the dealership with any updates forcing me to call and hope to talk with someone. After sales service sucks. More
