TJ was very responsive and transparent with the pricing. When I arrived at the dealership, Tom Duffy handled the sales process and everything was very straightforward. I was in and out within an hour! I would certainly work with these two again for a future purchase! More

A colossal waste of time! at the end of August, I went here wanting to trade in my car. They had trouble finding the one I really wanted, so my salesman told me he ordered me o at the end of August, I went here wanting to trade in my car. They had trouble finding the one I really wanted, so my salesman told me he ordered me one from the factory in Mexico! But after several weeks of not hearing any updates, I stop by to see my salesman. He tells me about 5 more days, and my car would arrive. This guy was fired because of the lies he told his customers, including me. But this dealership, not just one person, leads people and, more importantly, doesn't return phone calls. It's almost as if they don't want your money! Had troubles with them after buying my first car there in 2011, and swore I would never go back. But they're only 10 minutes from home, so I gave them another shot. Big mistake! I ended up working with Honda of Freehold! (Over 1 1/2 hours from home!) Avoid Joyce Honda at all costs! More
