He was informative and knowledgeable. We did run into a minor hiccup but they got the finance manager involved who was able to resolve the issue quickly and with understanding. I would return and buy another vehicle from them and would also suggest other to do the same. More

They wanted $5000 above MSRP on a Ridgeline. Bought at another dealer for MSRP. Offered $6000 less on a trade than I got at other dealer. Very disappointed with this dealership. Had driven a couple hours because Napelton dealerships insist they are #1 since 1931 but this dealership is definitely an exception. The price of the vehicle I wanted was marked heavily over MSRP and after painstakingly negotiating the price down, I had $1100 worth of required car mats and wheel locks tacked onto the price. I don’t agree with General Managers like Tom that take advantage of COVID and the shortage of vehicles so that they can overcharge hard-working customers. A much better Honda dealership right in St. Louis is Dave Mungenast Honda where they DO NOT MARK OVER MSRP. And for that reason they have been the #1 new car volume dealer in Missouri for 30 consecutive straight years. Ed Napleton you are definitely not #1 so a better slogan would be “Marking up WAY over MSRP since 2021” More
