Love this dealership!! If you want a great deal come to Napleton Honda. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great experience with Jessie the sales manager, Tom Dempsey the GM made sure to Napleton Honda. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The sales team was unprepared, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The sales team was unprepared, inconsiderate, oblivious to our needs and appeared they couldn't have cared less. I wa HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The sales team was unprepared, inconsiderate, oblivious to our needs and appeared they couldn't have cared less. I was helping my son buy his first car. We found a 2017 Honda EX-T listed on Ed Napleton Honda's website. We sent an email requesting more information, and received 2 emails AND a phone call the next day - Sunday, March 14th - stating the car was available and asking us to setup an appointment for a test drive - which we did. We were told they would have the car gassed up, warm and waiting for us at our appointed time. This was very important to us because our window of opportunity to shop for a car was very limited. Our appointment was setup for the very next morning - Monday, March 15th, at 9:45am. My son and I showed up ON TIME. I noticed our name on a schedule at the front desk, so clearly they were aware we were coming in. However, when we arrived, after I specifically took time off work for the appointment, NO car was waiting and NO ONE had any idea who we were or why we were there. Once we finally got a salesman caught up on why we were there he tells us the car we came to test drive was sold on SATURDAY, the 13th! The DAY BEFORE we received TWO emails, a video, AND a personal phone call telling us the car WAS available and insisting we come test drive it! Then, as if on cue, the salesman attempts to talk us into looking at a new Honda Civic. I informed him we weren't interested in a new vehicle. We came in to test drive a specific car - a 2017 Honda Civic EX-T. The salesman then proceeds to search for another used Civic and POOF! There we were... in the exact situation we scheduled an appointment to avoid... sitting around wasting the limited time we had waiting on the salesman to find a car, gas it up, and bring it around for a test drive. And what does he finally bring up for us to drive? Another Honda Civic EX-T? Maybe a different color? Maybe a different year? No... he brings us a filthy bare bones base model Honda Civic. I. WAS. LIVID. It was a total waste of our time - time I took off from work no less! For the record, I understand car availability is dynamic. I understand cars get sold, and I even understand people make mistakes. I'm not giving a one star rating over the misunderstanding of the availability of the car. I'm giving a one star rating because of the way the dealership treated us. Clearly either they made no effort to prepare for our appointment - an appointment they went out of their way to insist I make, or this was bait and switch for the start. Either way, like I said, COMPLETELY unprofessional and horrendous sales practices! More

I would never tell anyone to buy a car from here. We had a car we had a scheduled time to test drive. When my husband and I showed up they told us they “just” sold the car. We drove 50 minutes to get there a car we had a scheduled time to test drive. When my husband and I showed up they told us they “just” sold the car. We drove 50 minutes to get there and when I inquired further about this sale I was told they sold it a couple hours ago but didn’t have the decency to give us a call so we didn’t have to make the drive. They said they would give us a gas card that we’ve never received. Because I was 9 months pregnant we desperately needed another car as soon as possible so we ended up buying another vehicle from here. Big mistake. It took them days to do paperwork and when they finally dropped off the car, they left less than 1/4 tank of gas in it. More
