Despite my numerous attempts over this past week, David nor any of his colleagues have attempted to reach out to me. This despite assurances of four employees to the contrary. I submitted a credit applicat nor any of his colleagues have attempted to reach out to me. This despite assurances of four employees to the contrary. I submitted a credit application last Wednesday and was advised that someone in finance would reach out. As of today, August 10, 2024, NO ONE has given me so much as a courtesy call to advise the status of my deal. I went so far as to ask for the GM's name. I reached out to her, and received a two sentence response advising she could not help me. Her reply, " I cannot help you. You are contacting the wrong person." The person I wrote to in total desperation, was the person I was told was the GM. And instead of representing the dealership, this individual perpetuated exactly what I have been experiencing this entire week. I am amazed that the overwhelming reviews on Google are positive. I question the sources given my experience this past week. More
