Scott was patient and understanding. He was able to explain the differences between each RV and help me to better identify what we required for the weekend. Purchasing process was awesome. Sales staff knowledgeable and genuine. After purchase PDI was only fairly done. Tanks not loaded and house power not provided and PDI rep seemed rush Sales staff knowledgeable and genuine. After purchase PDI was only fairly done. Tanks not loaded and house power not provided and PDI rep seemed rushed and lacked knowledge on our specific unit. Was only internet to show basics. Hitch team did not seem knowledgeable either. Disappointed in the end process but everyone was very nice and friendly. Overall happy. More

I ordered a new Lance 650 and could not be happier with the whole experience from initial ordering/option selection to financing. Shane in Sales was very responsive and accommodating. Arnold in Financing made everything smooth and easy and made sure I received the best rate possible. Richard who performed the walk through at delivery time was top notch as was everyone in the service department. Ricky in Service took the lead in helping load the camper properly and was a joy to work with, as was all of the Service members. Melissa in Parts was very helpful in getting all of the necessary hoses, acc., etc. The Parts department had good prices as well. This was my first experience in ordering a new Lance truck camper and I feel lucky to have found Dodd RV. I tried other dealers closer to my location first and was instantly turned off. I really mean when I say I would wholly recommend checking these guys out, you will not be disappointed, if its a drive from where you are at its still worth it. More

Greg made sure that everything went smoothly with the purchase. Arnold took care of the financial matters in a very friendly and professional way. They are there to help but they are not pushy. After we brought the RV home I called several times with technical questions. We have been working with Dodd RV for 30 years. We have had a great relationship with everyone in the family, Jamie, Jennifer, Susie and Mr. George Dodd who started it all. Working with Scott Hudgins this last time, we purchased a Class C. This had been a long process and we asked plenty of questions and probably aggravated a lot of people but Scott Hudgins and Mike McNeil were always patient and gave us honest answers with no bull. When it came down to the bottom line we got an honest and fair deal. In todays world that is all you can ask for along with the respect everyone has shown us. Even Arnold who handles the finances made the purchasing process a little less burdensome with his humor. We highly recommend them to anyone we know that is looking for a camper.
