Tom Clancy made it FUN to buy my new red RAV4! Buying a new car is not my favorite thing to do. Walked into the Toyota of Naperville dealership just to look, after visiting several other brands. From the first moment, Tom made our looking, test driving, selecting and closing the deal very enjoyable. He is a calm, low-pressure person who is there to help. We felt comfortable talking to Tom about our needs and our price objectives. Once I decided that I had to have a red RAV4, he made it his goal to find one for me. He is also the first person to ever offer me an "inbound refundable" option - if he found the car, I could decide to buy, or have my $500 deposit back. Finally, once I made the decision to purchase the car, his explanation of all the features was very helpful. It's only day one with my new car - but this morning's followup call made my day! Tom is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him. Finally, thanks to Gary Jaros for his help on the money end of things, again very enjoyable to work with! More

Night and Day I went to a small dealership close to my home and had a terrible experience. It was so bad, the salesman tried to physically block the door to keep us from leaving. After looking online I decided to make a long trek to Naperville *hoping* for a better time. Upon arriving, I felt like I had stumbled into a heaven-like atmosphere, in comparison. We were greeted by many smiling faces who offered support, drinks, and I was thinking they just might offer a back rub and hot towel if I asked... They already had notes prepared for what I was looking for and connected me with the award winning salesman, Mike Beck. It became obvious why he wins awards. Mike was knowledgeable, straight forward, and super efficient. Tom Clancy was also a fun character who entertained us just for fun by showing us his favorite hot car collection. We were overwhelmed by the professionalism, friendliness, and level of caring from the entire staff. This was my very first experience buying through a dealership. How lucky were we that we were scared out of a lot and ran all the way to Naperville? 10/10 would shop again. More
