"phenomenal and outstanding" lately I've been having trouble with my Buick lacrosse so came into service to get it taking care of to replace the water pump turns out my engine was lately I've been having trouble with my Buick lacrosse so came into service to get it taking care of to replace the water pump turns out my engine was really bad. i wast not able to get round to work or school which made life very difficult. But, service manager referred me Tom Clancy to see if i could trade in my car into getting a new reliable car. so we sat down and talked it to see what were my options. Tom was very helpful and just going through everything with me step and step about the car. the next day i get a call and i got approved for the 2016 scion iA. i simply wanted to thank Tom Clancy for making this all possible being patience and understanding my situation.
