To be honest, I dread the typical new car sales experience, but Downtown Toyota went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. M very easy. Dmitriy is an car enthusiast, and was well informed on the car, and kept me informed on the cars progress through today's challenged logistics. He also spent extra time with Service to ensure the car was set up properly. Trent was prompt and professional with the sales paperwork, and got me out the door and into my new car quickly.
