I cannot seem to get the sales manager Tom Brown or my sales person Dylan to return my calls regarding ordering a Grand Cherokee. I have never had such a difficult time trying to get someone to sell me a sales person Dylan to return my calls regarding ordering a Grand Cherokee. I have never had such a difficult time trying to get someone to sell me a new car. Edit: I called back after I got a response to my google review (the number is just the main number to the dealership) and got ahold of Tom Brown (who hadn’t returned two messages from last week), I was told the car I agreed to buy originally had somehow sold during our dealing last week, which I already knew from Dylan. What I wanted to do was place an order for the same car, but it seems once a car is sold no more calls to the interested party are returned. Maybe placing an order for a car is more work than the deal is worth. No explanation for the unreturned calls or the mix up with selling of the car was offered. Either way, I placed an order for a 61k Grand Cherokee with a different dealership due to my experience. I stand by my 1 star review. More

Stuart Smith signs people up with bad warranties that are not valid, and then he does nothing to make it right! He knows that the warranty is invalid and he has not reached out to me to fix this issue meanwh not valid, and then he does nothing to make it right! He knows that the warranty is invalid and he has not reached out to me to fix this issue meanwhile my car needs service, and my money has been put into a warranty that is no good. I have called and left messages. I have called and they would hang up on me. They have no dignity. Even the sales person Florian (Flo) has been unhelpful in this matter and it is an awful feeling to be treated this way after giving my hard earned money to these people. If they every offer you a Lithia warranty please do not take it. There should be criminal actions taking place behind this, because they robbed me! They robbed me first of my money, and now I have no security of a warranty for my vehicle. They have not worked with me to get this resolved hence it’s not been resolved they won’t even call me back! I have been waiting since November 8th to hear from Stuart it is November 17th? No one has tried to help me?!? More
