What really stood out to me was the no-pressure atmosphere—there was never any pushiness, just honesty and helpful guidance throughout the process. Tom was easily the best car salesman I’ll ever have in my life. Super knowledgeable, nice, and a genuinely cool guy. I called in the morning and gave him my price range and when I went in a few hours later, life. Super knowledgeable, nice, and a genuinely cool guy. I called in the morning and gave him my price range and when I went in a few hours later, he had 3 cars picked out for me all in my range. When I told him I was going to 2 other dealers, he gave me absolutely no pressure and didnt call me 1000 times like all other dealers. At the end of the day I got a very nice 2019 mercedes with 30k miles for only 500 /mo which i wasnt thinking was possible. This guy is a beast! More

I am so grateful for Tom at certified B&B. I needed to upgrade my old Mercedes into a newer, safer car, especially now that I have a young daughter in the back seat.
