I had no idea you could just "nope" out of your job. Bernie customer service manager is the most condescending, misogynistic guy I've run across in a long time. Spoke to Tim Allan who is general manager and thought for sure he would fix it. NOPE. Bottom line is they can and will just abandon you and your purchase. More
