Spoke with Service Manager on 9 June 2021 regarding an invoice. The Service Manager was professional, understanding, and took the time to understand the customer's concerns and frustrations. Eli was very concise and informative in regards to the trick I purchased. He asked for my parameters and found me a truck thst met the specifications i set. Klick Lewis Is A Great Place To Buy A Car! From the moment we walked in the door we felt very comfortable. Todd Young, our salesman was very friendly and easy to work with. No pressure to buy. He took us for a test drive and let the truck sell itself. He went over every option on the truck and explained the workings. At the time of the purchase he also took us on a tour of the dealership to see the service dept and waiting area. When it came down to the price for the truck, we feel we got a good deal and were very happy with it. Klick Lewis is a family owned dealership and everyone was very friendly. Made you feel at home. We highly recommend Todd Young and Klick Lewis for a great car buying experience. More
