The Service Dept at Wondries Toyota is OK if you’re doing routine maintenance on your car. However, if you have a special or usual issue with your car, especially an older Toyota model (before year 2000), y routine maintenance on your car. However, if you have a special or usual issue with your car, especially an older Toyota model (before year 2000), you should consider getting your car repaired at an independent, experienced mechanic. You will have less stress and trouble and your car will be repaired faster. More

Todd has been my service writer for years, but I have never bought a vehicle from Wondries because the sales team has never cultivated a relationship with Diversified Alarm even though we did the complet never bought a vehicle from Wondries because the sales team has never cultivated a relationship with Diversified Alarm even though we did the complete design of your net dealership. My plans and quote were just used to help the current provider. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call and let us know that we didn’t get the job, We are loyal to Todd in service because he has always been great and fair to us. More

Because my Tacoma has been so maintenance-free, I’ve rarely visited my dealership. I liked everything about my visit. The ipad guy was professional and courteous. Mr Tamaki listened to my two concerns a rarely visited my dealership. I liked everything about my visit. The ipad guy was professional and courteous. Mr Tamaki listened to my two concerns and between he and my mechanic, they clearly and kindly explained that neither of my concerns were problems. I felt pretty ignorant about the two non problems and appreciated their tact. I expected to pay some sort of mandatory minimum charge and was shocked to learn there was no charge!!! I thought such kindness no longer existed in this world and was very grateful for the kindness. I left them some “thank you” coffee money - and it a pleasure to do so. As a retired teacher, I’ve always rewarded good deeds and this definitely qualified. Fuji Auto has lost my business and future care for my old X-Runner will be at Wondries. Keep up the good work. More
