Everyone that I have done business with and dealt with at Brent Brown Toyota in Orem, Utah has been great. Todd was great to work with. Nate was easy to deal with great person that handled the financing, the used car sales manager, Daniel great and handled a lot of stuff approved some work that needed to be done after the purchase date that I didn’t notice when I was purchasing the vehicle and even though the vehicle was purchased as is, and I did purchase a service contract there was an item that the service contract wouldn’t cover because it would’ve been considered pre-existing and Daniel approved the Repair for that after the fact and he didn’t have to and that was an expensive part I think it was like a $900 part that he approved the purchase of a car with an as is so great. I definitely hope that when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle, they have the vehicle that I’m looking for so that I can go there and purchase it with confidence again thank you very much guys. I was very disappointed in the tactics used to sell me an extended warranty. I f I would have known the price before I said yes I would not have bought it.
