I am very very upset by the service that was provided to my sister at this Van York location. I am also dissatisfied how things were handled with the Customer Development/Customer Retention, Director, Josie Davis. I read Mr. Greg Vann York's mission for his business and this interaction does not reflect it at all. I'm not sure of the exact date, but Mr. York hosted a Connect to Win meeting (I remember those days when I worked for American Express. We met all over the country, even Paris! Those were the days). In the meeting he stated their 2026 theme at Vann York Auto Group was focusing on how we connect with our team, our community and most importantly our customers. It appears this new focus was launched at their company-wide sales kickoff event at High Point University. If this is their mission it definitely wasn't displayed on February 19. Nothing that those sales guys and the finance manager did to my sister is reflective of the mission. I event went to talk to Mr. York myself (my mother cared for his parents/grandparents and if she treated them like his salesperson treated my sister, he wouldn't stand for it) and I was X by his Customer Development/Customer Retention and she wasn't representative of eithe of those titles. And, who has been the worst is the GM at High Point Nissan, Scott Thomas, he has been very unprofessional with my sister. His word choice has been appalling "you're not crazy, "you were in your right mind. Again, I am appalled. I will not stop with this until I get an apology from the top. They left my sister destitute and broke. She is also suicidal. I really think this location needs to be trained on mental illness and the signs and not looking for a sale. Again, I am very very disappointed in this location. Mrs. Cook
