Genesis of KC is supposed to provide concierge within a 75 mile radius. It is my understanding you are well within the radius. If you call Genesis Customer Care and file a complaint, they should be able to help you. They, as in Genesis Customer Care, will call Genesis of KC and ask them why they are not taking care of you.
