About a week ago our family needed another vehicle. We had a friend recommend speaking with Jeremiah Lowe of O’Daniel Auto in Fort Wayne, IN. Jeremiah went to work right away and within a matter of a few days he found a vehicle that was a perfect fit for our family and our business. Jeremiah has been great to work with. I cannot say enough how overjoyed we have been to work with Jeremiah and the staff at O’Daniel Auto. Jeremiah has gone over and above! Jeremiah did something not often thought of in the car sales biz…he listened! He listened to our specific needs and matched our needs to the right vehicle. He was meticulous in going over the features of the vehicle and related it to what we needed. He left no stone unturned. More important than meeting our need in the initial sales process, Jeremiah went way beyond after the sale. There were a couple of things that needed attention and taken care of. I was blown away by not only his immediate, “I will get that taken care of” words, but more importantly his actions of getting it done. If you are looking to have someone help you through purchasing your next vehicle…you MUST speak with Jeremiah. I have no doubt he will take care of you and your family!! I want to say that Todd, Jeremiah’s manager was an absolute pleasure to work with as well. Todd and his entire staff at O’Daniel Mazda are genuinely nice people and are sincere in serving their clients. The sales, finance and service process could not have been more enjoyable. We gave this dealership, and also our salesperson, Matt Tillapaugh, the rating we did because they were friendly, they didn't play games as far as the pricing went, giving us a very fair price on our new v Tillapaugh, the rating we did because they were friendly, they didn't play games as far as the pricing went, giving us a very fair price on our new vehicle as well as a fair price on our trade-in car, and, finally, when we picked up our new car today Matt spent about two and a half hours with us making sure we understood all the technology this car has to offer (which is a lot!) and the set-up of all of the different systems. The sales manager, Todd Jacquay, was also very personable and helpful, as was the finance manager, George Brothers (although we did not finance the car, he, too, was very personable and pleasant). It was a pleasure to deal with Matt, Todd, and George, and we would definitely deal with them all again if we buy another Mazda product. More

I bought a 2013 Mazda CX5 on April 30, 2013. I have waited to write this review as I wanted to see how the car drove for a few weeks before I commented. I have to say the salesmen, Junior Hammond and waited to write this review as I wanted to see how the car drove for a few weeks before I commented. I have to say the salesmen, Junior Hammond and Matt Tillapaugh, were excellent to work with. They were both kind and professional. They were able to answer any question I had. It took a few weeks to come to an agreement on price but at the end of the day they made the deal happen and I was able to support the local economy instead of going out of the area for a better price. Matt worked hard to make the deal happen, he was fairly new to car sales but did an excellent job. I had no idea he was a new employee. Junior took his time showing me how everything worked on the new vehicle and made sure I was comfortable before I left with my new purchase. This is a great dealership to work with. They are attentive but not overly agressive. I took my time deciding on this vehicle and visited many other dealerships. This dealership was by far the most attentive and professional. I highly recommend you visit O'Daniel Auto Mart/Mazda. I love my vehicle, I am getting better gas mileage than expected and I love the way it handles. It is a small SUV but drives much more like a car. It was very easy to adjust to driving, especially since Junior spent so much time making sure I was comfortable and understood how everything worked. I received emails from various management people throughout this process. All of them were kind as well, the only mildly negative comment I would offer is, I was emailed and/or told by more than one management person that I would be receiving "coupons" in the mail, which to date I have not received. I test drove a 2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring AWD SUV at O ‘Daniel Mazda and fell in love with it, however I wanted it LOADED! Junior Hammond was my direct salesman, he was polite, accommodating, friendly, and NOT pushy! Junior Hammond and Todd Jacquay assisted me by locating the exact 2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring AWD SUV that I was looking for. During the finance process Nick Rusk and George Brothers assisted me, great guys! Again, friendly, polite, and accommodating!
