

Originally from Rome, New York, Todd moved to Raleigh to attend NC State University. After spending a couple of years in real estate, Todd found his career home in 1988 when he joined the Leith Honda team. He has always enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many people that live in the Raleigh area and help them with their transportation needs. Todd grew up playing hockey and the sport allowed him to travel all over the Northeast and Canada. So it’s no surprise that Todd is a huge Carolina Hurricanes fan! Todd is also an avid outdoorsman who likes to hunt, fish, and also ride motorcycles.

Overall, this experience was deeply upsetting. We did not receive the service we requested, and the lack of transparency from both the service advisor Anderson and the technician was concerning. Based on this experience, I would not recommend your service department to anyone. Came in for a fuel pump replacement, gasoline was spilled throughout the back carpet of our van carelessly. Technician Anderson informed me that the smell would dissipate in a week. However, the fuel odor is incredibly strong, making it impossible to drive with our young children without all the windows open. We are also unable to use the air conditioning due to the overwhelming smell. Our van entertainment system was never addressed. The service advisor insisted there was an issue with the screen not turning on, despite the screen working perfectly before and after the service. We were told that many DVDs were used and that hours were spent on this, which was confusing and misleading. It felt as though our concerns were dismissed, and we were made to feel as if we didn't understand the issues with our own vehicle. This resulted in the entertainment system issue not being resolved. We were also charged a diagnostic fee for the service they stated was incomplete. We came in with one issues involving the infrared system not working and left being told our screen will not turn on which was completely untrue when we picked up our van the screen was playing a movie without any issues at all. When we purchased the van, we were never given the middle seat. We followed up multiple times, but the seat was never provided. We were then told we would have to pay out of pocket for all the parts and assembly. I believe the dealership and service team should have communicated better and addressed our concerns more effectively. More

Bought a used 2016 Hyundai Elantra in April 2021. 4 months later transmission went out. Contacted them and was basically told sorry not sorry. These guys don’t care about you. Taking advantage of a unfortunate situation. They love you until you sign the paperwork. I’m still making payments on a car that’s basically a paperweight. If I could give them zero stars I would. No one buys a car for over 10k with believing it will breakdown in less than half of a year. We bought from Leith because we thought you can trust a major dealership. That at least they sell decent cars. I unfortunately learned a hard lesson. Be careful, they are happy to sell you a defective car and won’t feel a one bit bad if you have major issues. They will laugh at you all the way to the bank. More

He really helped me weigh my options, offered honest opinions, and gave me a sterling test drive/demonstration that really sold me on the car. His manager was willing to work with me to find the best deal and both he and Stanley seemed to be quite genuine in wanting to help me end up with the car and the deal I wanted. I've been in high pressure sales experiences before and thus loathed buying cars, but they made it super easy and pleasant.
