I had a nail/screw in my left rear tire and luckily it was a slow leak so I could drive it to my dealership, Autohaus BMW of maplewood. I was really impressed that he sent me a video of my car with an explanation of what was done. This is my first BMW and so far I'm really impressed with the dealership and the X2. More

I was very pleased with the work performed. I was disappointed however that my car was not washed before being returned to me and also had finger prints and marks on the windows on the interior I was disappointed however that my car was not washed before being returned to me and also had finger prints and marks on the windows on the interior driver side and passenger side that weren’t there before. This is in addition to BMW breaking my lock actuator which cost me an additional $755. I was offered a 10% discount on the overall price but this only knocked off $354. Would have been less of a disappointment if my car was cleaned before returning. Loaner car provided was great and appreciated More
