It was an A- because there were too many texts and emails. Also, I asked to have air in tires checked because tire warning was lightning up. That wasn't done until I gave a second reminder when I pick emails. Also, I asked to have air in tires checked because tire warning was lightning up. That wasn't done until I gave a second reminder when I picked the car up. It was difficult to reach my service person by phone and not all messages were returned. More explanation/ teaching would have helped but I had to ask many questions. More

Hi, i came here first time for camry transmission issue, normally i go to catonsville toyota on national pike or dar car toyota dundalk, first time came to westminister, i went through inside from automat normally i go to catonsville toyota on national pike or dar car toyota dundalk, first time came to westminister, i went through inside from automatic door, sitting in car like always in other places someone came and ask you have appointment, how can we help you take care of milage and takes you to the car specialist, but here no one came, i sit in car for couple of miutes, then went in office, 4,5 people there, it was like no one wants you to be here, finally a guy asked you have appointment, no greetings no have a seat nothing, i told him my name then he told me another guy will look after you, might be he was tod i think so. then he get started i told him that issue is with transmission, he asked me do i have warranty, i told him no he told me the charges, i said okay, he does not bother do i wait here, where the sitting area we have coffee and vending machine, like on other 2 places they do. i just left, he called me in evening told me that transmission issue, i asked him how much it cost to fix, he mentioned around $8000. i told him i cannot afford that much right now, he just ok come and pick the car, i told me i will come next day. he is ok with that. he never gave me option for bank fix the car on credit or anything, next day i went with family because we thinking to buy new Tundra/ Land cruiser. we looked both cars sales specialist was great gentleman. well after that i went inside to pick the car. there was a lady. no Hi, Hello no greeting, that weired behavior, '' you came here to pick the car'' . with rude behavior. you have to pay and wait outside your car will be there. i lady brought my car outside, she is nice lady with smile on her face. but am 100% sure i will never go here for service and sorry to say not even to get a new car. i preferred toyota on baltimore national like. nice professional people over there. I am already in tension that my car has a transmission issue and you toyota westminster guys giving me rude non professional behavior. More
