Staff was friendly, however poor communication from sales department to service. When I dropped off my car I was asked if I wanted car washed and I said yes. Car was never washed. I will only ever get my oil department to service. When I dropped off my car I was asked if I wanted car washed and I said yes. Car was never washed. I will only ever get my oil changed for my car that has the lifetime warranty. I will never use their service for any of my other vehicles nor will I ever again buy anything from them More
