We had a couple of issues and nothing was done to resolve them. The finance person was unprofessional and explained nothing, including fees. The salesman was very nice, but we found out later he was dishones them. The finance person was unprofessional and explained nothing, including fees. The salesman was very nice, but we found out later he was dishonest. I brought it to the attention of Todd...he was nice enough but really did nothing. It's too bad, I really love my new Jeep and will probably stick with this brand...but at a different dealer. More

Hi I had a very pleasant experience with John Metz and also Nick Sugar. They understood that I was coming from about a hour away. They both made us feel very comfortable. John took his time when I got fin also Nick Sugar. They understood that I was coming from about a hour away. They both made us feel very comfortable. John took his time when I got finished with the paperwork by going over every aspect and feature of the car and how everything worked. John and Nick did a great job. I definitely will remember my visit and know when it’s time to purchase again where to go. Their hospitality was greatly appreciated. More
