From there I was introduced to Joe Bauer he was very personable and professional. Chris Buie showed me lots of options on my new x4 and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Steve Emerson walked me through the deal with detailed explanation and I was on the road in less than 2 hours. These gentleman set the standard for ultimate customer service and professionalism. Autohaus has a wholesome group of individuals who worked together to efficiently to assist me with my purchase successfully. I thank them!! More

Although one might say their prices are higher, I would say they are fair and very competitive, because their inventory is of better quality and backed by the greatest garage in the midwest. Kudos to Tim Goretti and Todd Cherry. I paid cash and there was no financing, yet Steve Emerson was very helpful in selecting a maintenance plan, titling and licensing my vehicle. His suggestions saved me money and eliminated the worry of purchasing a 5 year old car. My car was ready on the date and time of my choosing, it sparkled and Mason familiarized me with all the features on board. Well done Autohaus team! More
