I bought window from parts for 2023 xt5 i tokd them they did not fit right they said they did they would put them on for 150.00 dollars i said the vent shads were only 85 dollars so i went home to put them did not fit right they said they did they would put them on for 150.00 dollars i said the vent shads were only 85 dollars so i went home to put them on the first one i put on broke when i rolled up the window i really did not get much help for bying a 70000 car so now all i have are broken vent shades not happy at all me and my family bought cars there for years dont think i will ever be back to bye any more cars all this over vent shads that were junk to start with all service department wanted was money More

The service is horrible. My car was there for a day and a half no call back. I had to call to see what was going on with my care. The next time I buy a car or need service it My car was there for a day and a half no call back. I had to call to see what was going on with my care. The next time I buy a car or need service it's not going to be at Hawk Cadilac. I liked the service better when it was Bill Jacobs. Also, the mechanic had footprints all over my light tan doors. More
