My only issue, was when we were in with the finance person, and he showed us all of the options for the various service, maintenance, tire assistance, etc. that a customer can pay for, and be added to the overall finance cost. At that point I think my wife and I should have asked if we could be alone somewhere to discuss the options before we made a decision; unfortunately we did not think of that. Sitting in front of the finance guy inhibited us from discussing the options amongst ourselves; that's on us I guess. More
